ProCalc · Collect · Field Data Collection
Collect assigns it. FDC is where it gets done.
ProCalc FDC is the phone app field technicians use to see the activities Collect has assigned them, complete the form at the site, and send it back, online or off. When it syncs, Collect sees the activity done and the data is already in the data lake.

Collect schedules it
An activity is scheduled in Collect against a site, a person and a date, with the form it needs: a reading, a sample, a calibration, an inspection.
It appears on the phone
The technician signs in to FDC and sees today’s tasks — scheduled, due soon, overdue. Tap one and its form opens. FDC works offline and syncs when there is signal.
The form is the record
Readings, notes and photos are entered at the meter. Submit and mark complete: the person, the asset and the timestamp are attached automatically.
Collect sees it done
The activity turns to done in Collect as soon as FDC syncs. Readings go on to Validate; calibrations and samples go to Assure. Nothing is re-keyed.
Already have a field app?
Keep it. Its data comes into Collect by API or file, and Assure, Validate and Balance use it the same way. FDC is there when you want the schedule and the form in one place.
