Gas chart integration
Send us the chart. The volume arrives in ProCalc.
Some meters still record on paper. Get the chart to us however suits the site — mail it, scan it in the field office, or photograph it with ProCalc FDC or ProChart Mobile at the meter — and our integrators calculate the volume. The final volume lands in ProCalc, where it is reported automatically or brought together with the rest of your SCADA volumes and finalized in Validate. North America’s largest chart integrator: more than 200,000 charts a month.
Getting the chart to us
- Mail the paper
- Scan it in the field office
- Photograph both sides at the meter with ProCalc FDC or ProChart Mobile; the QR codes on the chart and the meter attach identification and time, so nothing is written on the chart
What we do with it
Our integrators read the chart and calculate the volume. The image is the record and stays with the volume.
Where the volume goes
Into ProCalc, against the meter. From there it is reported automatically, or it joins your EFM and SCADA volumes in Validate and is checked, balanced and finalized with them. Charts are not a separate month end.
Straightforward costs
Priced per chart. No licence, no implementation.
How it is delivered
Office-based work done by Critical Control staff in ProCalc. Charts, EFM files, SCADA exports and third-party statements come in; integrated volumes, edited volume statements, allocations and the Petrinex close come out, with web access to every number behind them.
