In Canada, anyone planning to dig files a locate request, and the regulator issues a ticket to every owner with buried assets nearby. Our One-Call service receives your tickets. We check the dig location against your pipelines and facilities in ProMonitor to determine whether it is within tolerance for a locate, respond inside the required window, and keep every ticket on record.
