ProCalc Validate
Open the month to a list of what failed. Fix it there.

What Validate does
Validate is where volumes are checked and edited before they go anywhere else. Before the analyst arrives, ProCalc has set up any new meters, loaded the month from every source, run the checks you chose and proposed a fix for everything it could. The analyst opens the month to their assets by area, each with a count of meters that failed a check. Click the count, work the list. Nine times in ten the failure is a missing volume.

Inside Validate
Every source, loaded for you
Your SCADA systems, web SCADA, EFM files, third-party volume statements, chart volumes from our chart integration service, field readings from Collect. ProCalc identifies the source, loads it and lands it against the right meter. Teach it a new source once.
Only the failures
You choose which checkpoints run — composition, plate size, calibration, configuration changes, missing or out-of-range volume. The analyst never reads the checks that passed; the month opens as a list of the ones that did not.
Three ways to close an exception
Take the proposed fill and choose the fill method. Keep the volume as it is. Or edit it by hand. Whichever you choose, the original, the edit, the method, the person and the reason stay on the record.
Analyses already applied
Compositions come from Assure, already accepted against your criteria. There is no import step, and no volume is calculated with an analysis that failed.
Then it goes where it needs to go
An edited volume moves to Balance if you balance, or is reported straight out: exported, emailed as a volume statement, or handed to Allocate. Nothing is re-keyed.
The official calculation never leaves the platform
When the EFM provider sends uncorrected volumes, ProCalc runs the AGA calculation itself, with the composition Assure accepted. The provider never needs the composition, and the number of record is computed in the same place it is audited.
Migration measured in weeks
Meter configuration, history and reports are migrated by our team, with ProCalc setting up the meters itself. 100 meters: one week. 1,000 meters: two weeks. 10,000 meters: a month. No missed month end.
On its own, or end to end
Validate reads the shared data lake, so it can improve this one process while everything else connects by API or file — or run as part of the whole chain. About the ProCalc platform.

All testimonialsWhen we experienced a change in staffing, we decided to explore new options for measurement record keeping. Cost savings were a priority, especially since our previous supplier required not only an annual fee but also a mandatory upgrade charge and a lengthy implementation process. I wasn’t heavily…

The mobile chart scanning application on the phones is awesome. Late scanning and scanning errors are a thing of the past. All of my operators are thrilled with the ease of use and convenience of scanning the charts as they come off the readers.
