What SCADA does
ProCalc SCADA is web SCADA built into the measurement system rather than beside it. Any device on our SCADA — an EFM, a tank, a compressor, a valve — that you can see in ProCalc has a link to its real-time data. Open it, see how it is configured, change it. An analyst working an exception in Validate does not ask operations what the flow computer is doing; they look, and if the configuration is wrong, they fix it from the same screen. It is the first integrated measurement and SCADA system of its kind.

Real time, from the meter record
Every device in ProCalc that is on our SCADA links to its live values. Flow, pressure, temperature, tank level, run status — from the well, the meter or the exception you were already looking at.
See the configuration. Change it.
Plate size, ranges, calculation method, alarm limits and set points are visible from ProCalc and editable from it. Configuration changes are logged against the meter, so Validate knows why a volume moved.
Monitor and intervene
Integrates with EFMs, PLCs, tanks and artificial lift. Adjust set points and alarm settings, stop or restart equipment, and manage operations from any smart device.
Works with what is in the field
Two-way encrypted communication over a secure internet connection to virtually any field system, stand-alone or alongside an existing SCADA. No additional software to install.
Volumes go straight to Validate
Polled volumes land in the data lake as they arrive. There is no export from SCADA to measurement; it is the same system.
Hosted, with field communications by our team
No servers to run. Field networking, RTU and cellular connectivity are installed and supported by our technicians — five-minute polling over cellular in the Alberta Foothills at a 98% year-to-date success rate.
On its own, or end to end
